Our company Thrifty Car Rental hold an annual conference, and this year I was delegated the job of organising it. I immediately was overwhelmed of the large task ahead of me and had absolutely no idea where to start. After committing a lot of time deciding on an appropriate venue, I finally got approval and booked the venue for our 2018 conference.
Not being familiar with the location of the venue I was extremely fortunate to be referred to Noosa Destination Management Company, where instantly I felt at ease as both Tony and Danielle guaranteed that they will provide all the support I needed for a successful conference.
Noosa DMC assisted me with booking a large group of attendees for a formal dinner, by personalising the menu for people with all sorts of allergies. I had assistance booking all my guests into a recreational activity, which included transfer arrangements and catering.
As a team they went above and beyond to achieve and I quote from delegates “The best conference in the history of Thrifty”, and without their guidance and expertise I couldn’t have done this without them.
After a whole week of being away from my family Tony and Danielle become my family away from home, when it was time to leave I honestly was so upset that my interaction with them was coming to an end. At saying that I would without doubt recommend Noosa Destination Management Company, to any company or individual needing assistance in organising a small to large scale event as they proved their knowledge and professionalism.
